Police: 16 year old shot, killed in Chester, S.C.
Another teen was found performing CPR when officers arrived. Police in Chester, South Carolina, were called to a shooting scene around midnight on Spring and Gadsden streets, where they found one 16-year-old performing CPR on another 16-years-old who had been shot. Officers with the Chester Police Department were called out just before midnight to Spring and Gadsden streets for shots fired.
When they arrived, they found one 16-year-old performing CPR on another 16-year-old who had been shot.
