Court case continued for former Sycamore owner accused of raping 13-year-old girl
Justin Brigham was due in court on Dec. 29, but had his case continued to Jan. 26. Justin Tawse Brigham, former owner of Sycamore Brewing in North Carolina, has had his case continued in court nearly three weeks after he was accused of raping a 13-year-old girl. Following his arrest, he was initially charged with statutory rape of a child, indecent liberties with a child and first-degree burglary. He was later charged with three counts of statutory sexual offense with a children, second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, and soliciting a minor by a computer. His total bond has remained at $11.25 million.
