Newmark's Global Corporate Services (GCS) announces the relocation of the Atlantic Coast Conference's (ACC) headquarters to Charlotte, North Carolina. The ACC will locate its office in the Bank of America Tower at Legacy Union in Uptown Charlotte, specifically selected to fulfill its future goals. The relocation will take place over the 2022-23 academic year.

Newmark GCS's Global Consulting practice-consisting of Location Strategy, Site Selection, Workplace Strategy & Human Experience and Economic Incentives experts-and Newmark's Charlotte, North Carolina office assisted in leading the evaluation of and represented the ACC in the lease transaction.
